RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope that our products always meet your expectations, however we get that sometimes things happen and due to the handmade nature of our products faults are always possible. We provide returns, and refunds for a range of reasons so you can rest easy when buying with us. Please read below for our policy on this.
CHANGE OF MIND
We will happily accept returns for change of mind products provided it remains in as new condition and is returned within 10 days upon delivery. We get that sometimes it can be hard to choose! However, as we are a small business trying to cover the costs of producing our handmade creations, we cannot offer a refund on the cost of shipping for change of mind purchases
FAULTY PRODUCT
We are terribly sorry if you receive a faulty product from us. We want to ensure all our customers get the best possible products they deserve and we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! Due to the handmade nature of our products faults are always possible. If your product arrives faulty or incurs a fault within 15 days from receiving it please email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible to ensure the issue gets resolved and that you receive the service you deserve.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges for change of mind are accepted however the shipping is at the customers cost for both sending the product back and for sending out the exchange item. However if an exchange is filed due to a fault on our part, such as incorrect description of sizing, incorrect product description, etc, then we will cover the costs of shipping for you.
